DynaMax Freedom 100 Warranty

If your DynaMax should malfunction within 12 months of your purchase date you can return it to us for repair or replacement at DynaMax's discretion.  Email or call us to request a RA (Return Authorization) and shipping instructions.  All repairs on your DynaMax are free of charge within your 12 month warranty.  If your DynaMax is out of warranty you can return it to DynaMax for an evaluation and quote for repair.

Limited Warranty

Manufacturer warrants that The Product sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase with normal use for Dynamax Hair System. If the defects are of such type and nature as to be covered by this warranty, Manufacturer shall, at its option either repair or replace the damaged Product minus return shipment costs at its expense. This warranty does not cover any Products that have been abused, misused or tampered with in any way.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE, WHICH ARE HEREBY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state. To the extent allowed by applicable law, in no event shall manufacturer be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, punitive or exemplary damages or lost profits from any breach of this warranty.

Exclusions:

Battery pack power unit Warranty 6 Months.
